Galvanised Series technology and advantages
Any Icem machine can be supplied in a zinc plated version to specified characteristics. All the parts that would normally be painted are submitted to hot galvanizing, to ensure high resistance against aggressive agents without affecting machine performance or footprint. This makes galvanised machines ideally suitable for operating in environments highly stressful for paintwork or whenever V2A stainless steel versions would be too expensive.
These stackers are built with a higher protection rating on sensitive machine parts, with V2A stainless steel used for certain components and with grease nipples in the sliding parts to minimise maintenance requirements and machine down-time.
The special coating on the driving wheel improves grip even on floors offering poor adhesion.
Several coating types are available for the driving wheel to improve grip even on floors offering poor adhesion.
Food-safe lubricants are available for environments with special requirements.
